As Editor in Chief of FUSE by Infusive magazine, I led the complete revitalization of both content and voice. I transformed a struggling publication into a high-performing brand with increased reader engagement and improved KPIs. I oversaw all editorial planning, managed a remote team of writers and designers, and aligned every piece of content with the brand’s mission and audience needs. From high-level strategy to line-level edits, I brought editorial rigor, brand cohesion, and audience engagement to every issue.
