Editorial Approach. Strategic Execution. 15+ Years.

I wanted to be a journalist since I was a kid, but life took me in a completely different direction. Law school. After a decade helping people navigate a system that wasn’t built for them, I moved abroad and returned to my first love. Writing. A role as editor-in-chief of a London finance magazine brought it all together — legal rigor, editorial instincts, and the ability to make complex topics readable. That’s still what I do today as a writer and content strategist.

Making sense of complex ideas

I don't believe in producing content just to fill a calendar. My background is in law and magazine journalism, two fields where if you don't have a point, you don't have a story. I look for the logic behind the ideas and find the human angle that makes people actually want to read them. For brands building serious editorial programs, that instinct makes the difference between content that's just published versus content that gets remembered.

The story behind the bylines

From law to long-form A legal background wired me for deep research and evidence-based thinking. I’m comfortable with complexity. Whether I’m interviewing an executive or digging into a technical report, my job is to find the why and translate it into something authoritative and readable.

The editorial lens As a former editor-in-chief, I’ve managed the big picture without losing sight of the details. I’ve revitalized publications, built content programs from the ground up, and helped brands establish the editorial standards that make their content feel like journalism rather than marketing.

A global perspective I’ve spent the last 15 years living and working across the globe, from London to the Caribbean. Living outside my comfort zone has sharpened my ability to listen, adapt, and find the human angle in any story regardless of the industry or the geography.

Let's tell a great story together.

Currently accepting new editorial writing projects and B2B content strategy and management projects for 2026. If you're looking for a writer with a journalist's eye and a legal mind, I'd love to hear from you.
